Renee Casebolt is a registered nurse, certified nurse injector, licensed and certified aesthetician, and a licensed and certified micropigmentation technician.

Renee is board-certified in the state of Oklahoma. She brings 20 years of experience in the medical field and is well-versed and experienced in advanced aesthetic treatments. Renee has previously worked in plastic surgery practice offices, dermatology practice offices, and in medical spa settings. She is an Allergan National Trainer and can train other medical professionals in the United States to use BOTOX^® and Juvéderm^®.

Renee provides realistic goals and expectations to patients seeking anti-aging treatments, skin correction treatments, and basic skincare.

Lezlie Mayfield-Janitz is a licensed and certified aesthetician. She provides a full line of aesthetic services in addition to facials, waxing, and tinting.

Lezlie is board-certified in the state of Oklahoma. She interned in a clinical skin institute, and has experience in a salon setting.

Lezlie stays up to date on the latest advances in aesthetic services by frequently attending seminars and conferences sponsored by  international aesthetics, cosmetics and spa institutes. 

Pamela Spess, Licensed Medical Micropigmentation Technician

Pamela Spess provides medical micropigmentation procedures at Plastic Surgery Center of Tulsa.

She has a degree in Applied Science and is a graduate of Permanent Cosmetics Clinics and Education Associates, Grand Rapids, Michigan. In addition, Pamela has specialized training in the anatomy of the neck and head and in the administration of local anesthesia. She is certified by the American Permanent Cosmetics Association and the Society for Permanent Cosmetic Professionals.

Pamela is licensed in the state of Oklahoma to perform medical micropigmentation.

Brittany Snider, Laser Specialist

Brittany Snider graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology. She is certified with the Syneron Hair Removal Laser, FotoFacial Laser, and VelaShape cellulite reduction therapy.

Brittany has been at Skin Deep Medical Spa, working with Dr. Greg Ratliff and his team, since 2009. She does laser hair removal, as well as laser removal of hyperpigmentation, sun spots, and age spots. Brittany also performs non-invasive, subtle body contouring.
